Richard H. “Dick” Gross, age 71 of Veedersburg, died on Thursday, May 26, 2011 at 1:40 a.m. at his residence.
Dick was born near South Bend, IN on December 22, 1939. He was the son of Jesse Harold and Mildred Marie (Minick) Gross. He graduated from Veedersburg High School in 1959. He married Mildred L. Head on July 28, 1962 in Veedersburg. She preceded him in death on April 23, 2009. He was a Veedersburg resident most of his life.
Dick retired from TeePak in Danville, IL after 50 years of service. He previously worked for Marshall Studios and Fountain Foundry in Veedersburg. He was a family man who loved to take his family on annual vacations. He was a avid Colts, Notre Dame, and IU fan.

2 daughters, Cindy Ford (husband: Dean) of Crystal Lake, IL and Teresa Cooper (husband: Brian) of Veedersburg, IN
6 grandchildren, Robbie Cooper (fiancé: Samantha), Melissa Cooper (companion: Shad), Angela Cooper (companion: Jake), Christina Larkin (companion: John), Terry “Joe” Larkin (wife: Christian), and Winston Larkin (companion: Rebecca)
