Eloise Clara Butts

Eloise Clara Butts, 78, of Bartlett IL, passed away 2:54 pm Monday April 1, 2013 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, IL. She was born October 25, 1934 in Unity WI, the daughter of Lloyd L. and Elnora Clara Pipkorn. She married Raymond Dean Butts November 3, 1952 in Sterling, Indiana. Surviving family include her husband Raymond Dean Butts, Bartlett, IL; three sons, Lloyd (Marianne) Butts, Bartlett, IL; Dean (Bonnie) Butts, WI; Dale (Diane) Butts, Bensonville, IL; two daughters, Cheryl (Grover) Bowman, Apache Junction, AZ; Lynn (Casey) Labedzki, Carol Stream, IL; one sister, Carol (Darrell) Lott, Mesa, AZ; thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Eloise graduated from West Leyden High School and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints in Carol Stream, IL. She enjoyed board games with her family, reading, painting, and listening to old time radio programs and audio books. She was an avid Chicago Cubs fan and had attended many of their games throughout the years. Most of all she enjoyed and loved her family and grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2:00pm (EDT) Friday April 5, 2013 at Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg IN with Diane Butts officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon (EDT) on Friday and continue until the time of service. Burial will be at Osborn Prairie Cemetery near Veedersburg, IN.
