Becky S. Booe

Becky S. Booe, 53, of Hillsboro and formerly of Veedersburg, passed away 6:32 pm Tuesday September 14, 2010 following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born June 30, 1957 in Lafayette Indiana the daughter of Glenn E. and Wanda J. (Humphrey) Wethington. They have preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her fiancé Fred Covault in 2005, and a niece Sammy Jo. Surviving family includes a son Freddie Booe III, Hillsboro; step-children, Danny Covault, Attica; Travis (Sherry) Covault, Veedersburg; Priscilla (Jason) Hetrick, Veedersburg; sister, Carolyn Gross, Missouri; brothers, Danny Wethington, Lafayette; Randy Wethington, Lafayette; four grandchildren, Taylor Hetrick, Brooke Covault, Alexis Hetrick, Hunter Chowning; good friends, Trudy & Jeremy Link, Kingman; and several nieces and nephews. Becky enjoyed working many years for Rob Gross at the Chatterbox Restaurant in Hillsboro. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She especially loved spending time with her son Freddie and his friends, Wesley Fishero, R.J. Clarkston, Noah Reissman, and the late Andy Krout. She had recently been attending Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Saturday September 18, 2010 at Dickerson Funeral Home with Pastor Greg McDonald officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am Saturday and continue until the time of service. Interment at Cold Spring Cemetery in Veedersburg. Memorial contributions may be given to Becky’s family.
