Anna Marie Hall

Anna Marie Hall, 78, of rural Veedersburg, passed away 4:18 AM Saturday February 17, 2018 at Williamsport Nursing & Rehab with her family at her side. She was born August 15, 1939 in Roachdale, IN the daughter of Warren and Goldie (Richwine) McCloud. She married Keith Hall April 10, 1960 in Russellville, IN. Surviving family include her husband, Keith Hall, Veedersburg; two sons, Steve Hall (Melissa Paris), Attica; Danny (Teresa) Hall, Kingman; two brothers, Charles McCloud, Alabama; John (Sandy) McCloud, Coatesville, IN; four grandchildren, Andrew Hall, Alysha (Daniel) Smith, Eric Hall, and Nicholas Hall. Anna was well known by many families in the Veedersburg area for her cake business. She started by baking birthday and graduation cakes for people in the community, which grew into a catering business with her supplying both food and wedding cakes for many people throughout the area on their wedding day. Later in life she became a private caretaker helping people in their homes as they were going through difficult times. Anna’s greatest enjoyment came from her family. She loved being with her family and especially enjoyed being around her grandchildren. The family would like to offer a special thanks to Steph Stonebraker as she became a very special caretaker for Anna when her health began to fail. They would also like to thank Guardian Angel Hospice and Williamsport Nursing & Rehab for the wonderful care given to Anna these past few months. Funeral service is 2:00 PM Wednesday February 21, 2018 at Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg with Pastor Tim Lyons officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 – 2:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
