Diana Williams

Diana Lynn Williams, 79, formerly of Veedersburg IN, passed away 2:31 PM Wednesday October 30, 2024 at Williamsport Nursing & Rehab in Williamsport, IN.

Diana was born August 19, 1945 in Talbot, IN the daughter of Chester Leroy and Lou Elizabeth (Prather) Payne. She married Charles A Williams December 24, 1980; he preceded her in death December 6, 1994.

She is also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Wayne Payne; and five sisters, Jessie Prather, Pat Delay, Fern Little, Delores Rainwater, and Donna Spear.

Surviving family include two sons, Jeff (Cindy) Rainwater, Terre Haute, IN; Kevin Rainwater, Winamac, IN; a daughter, Heather Odle, Lodi, IN; five grandchildren, Marissa (Justin) Davis, Lacey Rainwater, Allen Rainwater, Elizabeth Odle, and Tiffany Odle.

Throughout her life, Diana had been employed at Shawnee Learning Center near Attica, and at Head Start in Kramer IN. She was also very active in the Moose Lodge for many years in Attica.

Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Thursday November 7, 2024 at Dickerson Funeral Home in Veedersburg IN. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon Thursday at the funeral home and continue until the time of service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Rockfield Cemetery near Veedersburg.
