George Milton Nolan

George Milton Nolan, 70, of Kingman IN, passed away at his residence 2:30 PM Saturday March 25, 2023.

George was born June 27, 1952 in Seymour, IN the son of Herb and Velma (Bainbridge) Nolan. They have preceded him in death; he is also preceded in death by a brother Herb Nolan, a sister Dena Walker, and a sister-in-law Paulette Decker.

He was previously married to Rosemary Nolan; and they were blessed with three children including a daughter, Caroline Arndt, Hammond IN; two sons, Andrew (Bonnie) Nolan, Hemet CA; and Joseph (Bonnie) Nolan, Kingman IN.

He is also survived by his long-time companion, Sherry George, Kingman IN; a sister, Louise (Michael) Coduti, Schererville IN; two brothers, Butch Decker, Lowell IN; and Jerry Neibert, Crown Point, IN; five grandchildren, Aaron Nolan, Corey Arndt, Dawson Nolan, Troy Nolan, and Sabrina Munsie.

George served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed for many years as a union carpenter out of local #599 in Hammond. He enjoyed fishing at the lake, collecting and shooting his guns; and riding his Harley FLH.
