Shona Adele (Lape) Callahan

Shona Adele (Lape) Callahan, age 59 of Veedersburg, IN, passed away at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 5, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

Shona was born on March 1, 1963 in Danville, IL. She was the daughter of Charles and Patricia (Townsend) Lape. Shona was raised in West Lebanon until she moved to Covington at the age of 15. She later lived in New York from 1993 until 1995. Shona moved to Veedersburg in 1994 and had resided there since. She attended Warren County Schools. Shona married Pyott Callahan on February 14, 1981 and he survives.

Shona’s last job as a receptionist at Caribbean connection was her most loved job.

Shona enjoyed classic rock and roll music and spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren.

Surviving with her husband, Pyott, are, 2 children, Bryan Callahan and Kaitlin Callahan (Jeremy Vance) of Veedersburg, IN; and 3 grandchildren, Serenity Callahan, Charlie Vance, and Tullula Vance
